To find the ST-32, sit down and make a connected line between outside corner of the knee and the middle point the groin.
The middle point of this line is ST32. Find sensitive points around four fingers above ST-32 and four fingers below ST-32.
Use 3 points in each side.
The points are suitable for moxibustion.
